PCI, LeapFrog Solutions, and Carousel30 have joined forces as Yes&, a 55-person “performance-based” marketing agency headquartered in Alexandria, VA.  Named for the principle of positive collaboration central to improvisational theater, the combination is set up to meet clients’ needs for precision solutions across paid, earned, owned, and shared media.

According to a release, Yes& will be able to call upon PCI’s branding, video and event production capabilities; the strategy and program management expertise of LeapFrog Solutions; and Carousel30’s digital marketing and website development specialties.  While leveraging strengths in the government and not-for-profit markets, Yes& plans to grow its commercial practice in healthcare, financial services, energy, hospitality and real estate.  As an emerging mid-size agency, Yes& is structured to maintain the agility of a small agency while achieving a sustainable critical mass less vulnerable to shifts in the market.

Robert W. Sprague of PCI will be President & CEO of Yes&, while Lisa Martin of LeapFrog Solutions joined as Executive Vice President, Business Development, and Greg Kihlström of Carousel30 is Senior Vice President, Digital.
