Van Eperen, an integrated communications agency specializing in public relations, marketing, social media, digital strategy, and advertising, announced that it has been awarded three 2018 Best in Maryland awards of excellence for Blogs, Editorial/Op-Ed Columns/Story Placement, and Social Media – Association/Nonprofit/Government by the Public Relations Society of America Maryland Chapter.
Each year PRSA Maryland honors individuals and organizations for taking public relations and communications to new heights. Award entries are judged by fellow communication professionals outside of Maryland on the ability to successfully address a communications challenge with exemplary professional skill, creativity, and resourcefulness. The gala was held at Martin’s West in Baltimore on December 11 and emceed, pictured, by WBAL-TV reporters Kate Amara and Barry Simms.
“We have a dedicated, enthusiastic, and hard-working team of extremely talented professionals and are proud to be producing work that is recognized as among the best in the state of Maryland,” said Jeffrey A. Davis, APR, managing partner of Van Eperen. “These awards underscore our commitment to providing communication strategies that inspire action and drive results.”
The Maryland PR agency earned Best in Maryland Awards of Excellence for a national social media program to promote the benefits of a liberal arts education, a content marketing campaign to promote Van Eperen’s PR and marketing expertise and for news coverage on Voice of America for Ingleside.
