Veteran journalist crafts “Dr. Einsteinorous Becomes a Dentist”, a book to inspire young readers to embrace curiosity, courage and clean teeth

A new children’s book, Dr. Einsteinorous Becomes a Dentist, is making its debut, bringing a burst of imagination, humor and heart to the world of pediatric dental health.

Written by veteran journalist Joe Cantlupe and illustrated by Jennifer Lenderking, the book, states a release, “follows the lovable and wildly curious Dr. Einsteinorous as he embarks on an unexpected journey into the world of prehistoric dentistry. Through vibrant illustrations and playful prose, the story transforms a potentially scary topic—visiting the dentist—into a prehistoric adventure.

“The story introduces readers to Dr. Einsteinorous and his parade of prehistoric patients. Despite their massive size and strength, many of these giants are nervous about their checkups. Dr. Einsteinorous gently guides his patients—some of whom boast hundreds of teeth—through the importance of dental hygiene and the impact of choosing healthy snacks over junk food.”

“The goal was to blend smarts and kindness with a little bit of whimsy,” says Cantlupe. “We wanted to show children that even a T-Rex can be brave at the dentist, and that curiosity is the best tool for overcoming fear.”

Dr. Einsteinorous Becomes a Dentist is specifically crafted for children ages 3 to 8, making it an ideal addition to home libraries, classrooms and pediatric waiting rooms.

You can buy the book at virtually any retailer and some independent bookstores.
