The Washington Post announced its 60th summer internship class. Thirty outstanding students from 18 colleges and universities represent disciplines including reporting, video, audio, photography, design, data reporting, graphics, multiplatform editing and audience strategy. “They are immediately part of The Washington Post family and The Post’s future,” states The Post and you can check out the full list of those in the summer internship class here.
One of those in the internship class is Corinne Dorsey, shown above. According to biographical information she posted, Dorsey, is “a graduated journalism major from Howard University.” At Howard, she writes, she “was the president of Howard’s Her Campus Magazine and a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority. I have previously interned at the “Today” show at NBC News, the Dallas Morning News, CNN’s D.C. bureau and the Wall Street Journal under WSJ Magazine. I was also a 2022 White House Correspondents’ Association scholar.”
