Washington Post Editorial Board to Allow Readers to Pitch Topics and Issues They Want Covered

The Washington Post editorial board has launched an initiative allowing readers to pitch topics and issues they’d like to see the board weigh in on. In coming weeks, readers will be able to vote on the best submissions received and the board will report, write and publish an editorial on that topic.
“This initiative connects our growing audience with the board in a completely new way, making readers part of the editorial writing process,” said Fred Hiatt, editorial page editor of The Washington Post.
