Washington Post Rated Number-One News Source for Federal Government Leaders

The Washington Post was rated the number-one news source for all federal government leaders across the country, according to the 2016 Erdos & Morgan Opinion Leaders Study. The new study, states The Post, finds that nearly three quarters of all executive branch leaders read The Post in print, and legislative branch leadership visits The Post’s website more than any other news source each week.

“For another consecutive year, we top every other publication for beltway government and business industry leaders’ readership. This annual survey reinforces that The Post is the preferred source of politics and policy coverage for important influencers in Washington and beyond,” said Frederick J. Ryan, publisher and CEO of The Post.
