Washington Post Releases Workforce Demographics Data

The Washington Post released its first annual demographics report of Post employees, providing both snapshots and trended data views of the gender and racial composition of the company’s workforce over a five-year period. The report, current as of June 30, includes organization-wide data and breakouts for News & Editorial and Business staffs.
