Mid-Atlantic-based public relations firm Weiss PR, Inc., is changing its name to Pugh & Tiller PR, LLC and relocating its headquarters from Baltimore to Annapolis.
Ray Weiss, who has served as Weiss PR’s President, will turn over leadership to Jessica Tiller, in photo above, with whom he co-founded the firm in 2008, and Matthew Pugh, left, who has led the firm’s dramatic growth in the technology sector for the past six years.
“These changes are part of a transition we have been planning for some time,” says Weiss. “They reflect not only the vitally important role Jessica and Matthew have played in growing Weiss PR, but also their reputations as respected leaders within the public relations profession.”
Going forward, Pugh anticipates continued expansion of the firm’s tech practice while Tiller will continue to lead the firm’s employee benefits, insurance, and commercial real estate practices. The new headquarters is located at 1997 Annapolis Exchange Parkway.
