Howard University-owned WHUR/Washington, DC, is adding a locally-focused afternoon show to its line-up — The Nina & Joe Afternoon Show – which launches Tuesday, Sept. 3, at 3:00 pm, hosted by veteran D.C. comedian and multimedia host Joe Clair and radio and television personality Nina Brown, who most recently co-hosted The Frank Ski Show, formerly heard in afternoon drive,
