Sarah Shirck will expand agency’s portfolio of capabilities
Yes& announced the appointment of Sarah Shirck as Senior Vice President of Organizational Growth and Development. In her new role, Shirck will lead process improvement for the agency and establish a new organizational transformation and executive development practice for the benefit of Yes& clients.
According to a release, “strong demand for its sophisticated integrated marketing services has led to explosive growth for Yes&, which was recently named to the Washington Business Journal’s “Fastest 50” for 2023. Shirck will ensure that the agency’s internal workings match the excellence of its client products and outcomes, while further broadening the Yes& portfolio of capabilities.
“Shirck is an expert in organizational management, project management, Agile product delivery, and transformations. She has directed full life cycle software development using traditional waterfall and Agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe and Kanban. Uniquely, she also has relevant experience in both agency- and client-side advertising and public relations. Prior to joining Yes&, Shirck was Business Partner at SEI. Earlier she was with Excella Consulting, Southern Cross Aviation, and McCann Erickson.”
