by | Sep 9, 2024

Shannon Gaboriau has joined Yes& to lead the agency’s design efforts. She brings almost 20 years of experience, expertise that was honed at some of the most admired agencies in the country including Deutsch LA, Crispin Porter + Bogusky, and The Martin Agency.

Gaboriau’s chief mission for design, states a release, “is to simplify and humanize experience while increasing ROI. Some of the impressive brands that have benefited from her vision are Emerson Collective, California Milk Advisory Board, California Almonds, Behr Paint, Volkswagen, Toyota, Hyundai, Target, Walmart, Google, Domino’s, and Taco Bell.”

“I’m here to inspire, guide, and push for exceptional design for our clients,”  Gaboriau said. “I’m also a part of our digital innovation team—a team that is dedicated to being at the forefront of AI capabilities and constantly looking for innovative, ethical solutions to our client’s problems.”

Yes&, a Capitol Communicator sponsor, is one of Adweek’s Fastest Growing Agencies of 2023 and has five times been named an Inc. 5000 fastest growing privately held company. The agency, continues the release, “delivers “positivity + possibility” through an expanding suite of capabilities including branding, digital, analytics, media, advertising, customer experience (CX), market research, content development, studio services, event production, crisis communications, media training, and public relations. The company maintains hubs in the Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, and Chicago areas to serve clients nationwide.”
