Yes& CEO Zihla Salinas Arbit named a Top Woman in Marketing

Chief Marketer announced its 2026 Top Women in Marketing honorees—an accomplished group of leaders driving innovation, growth and transformation across the marketing industry. Alexandria VA-based agency Yes&’s CEO Zihla Salinas Arbit was named a Top Woman in Marketing.

“This year’s Top Women in Marketing honorees represent the kind of leadership that is shaping not just brands, but the future of our industry,” said Danielle Sikes, VP of Marketing, Chief Marketer Network. “With the Top Women Network, we’re creating a space where that impact continues—bringing these leaders together to connect, share perspectives and elevate one another. This is about more than recognition; it’s about building a community that supports and advances women at every stage of their careers.”

As part of this recognition, honorees are welcomed into the Top Women Network, a growing, cross-industry community designed to foster connection, visibility and ongoing engagement among women leaders across media, marketing and technology.

The 2026 Top Women in Marketing honorees will be celebrated at the upcoming Top Women Awards Gala, where industry leaders will gather for an afternoon of recognition, connection and community. The event serves as a signature moment for the Top Women Network, bringing together the women shaping the future of marketing, PR and communications.
