I have found that this corona virus isolation has the unexpected benefit of allowing me to deepen my Zen practice. If you’ve ever spent time at a Zen monastery (or any monastery probably) you’ll find that there is a simple and strict schedule.

This schedule is roughly what my wife and I are following now and I thought you might find it interesting. It’s really really helped us with the anxiety that’s also circulating along with the virus.

We are now living with Temple Hours at home!
