Global Bridges Healthcare Alliance for Tobacco Dependence Treatment has selected D.C.-based JPA Health Communications to manage its digital presence and network communications, following a competitive bid process. A partnership between Mayo Clinic and the American Cancer Society, Global Bridges brings together health care professionals to foster collaboration and share evidence-based tobacco dependence treatment and advocating for effective tobacco control policy.

D.C.-based 360 Live Media announced the promotion of Amira El-Gawly to executive vice president.  In her new position, stated a release, “El-Gawly will lead company initiatives such as new product development, business planning, strategic hiring decisions and the overall expansion of capabilities to best deliver impact for 360 Live Media’s clients and the industries they serve.”

Consociate Media has been named the marketing and public relations firm for Sera-Brynn, a Virginia-based cybersecurity firm.  According to a release, Sera-Brynn recently was named 16th in a global list of the top-500 cybersecurity firms to watch in 2015.  Consociate, a marketing, media, public relations and management consulting firm, based in Gloucester, Va., has developed a multi-pronged approach to assist Sera-Brynn educate more of the consumer and business community on the importance of cybersecurity, prevention techniques and evaluation of insurance options to best protect companies and individuals’ private information.
