Catholic Charities USA, which serves nine million people, is expected to add a PR firm to leverage opportunities brought about by Pope Francis’ visit to Washington, Philadelphia and New York in September, reports O’Dwyer’s.

The Alexandria, Va.-based non-profit wants to educate people about its social justice mission and awareness of the offerings available to people of all faiths at its 1,700 local agencies.

CCUSA will concentrate mostly on the Pontiff’s time in D.C., where he will he will visit the White House, celebrate mass and drop by a CC agency.
