Covid Causes CNN to Delay Return-to-Office

CNN will delay its return-to-office to January 31. The cable news network has more than 3,000 employees worldwide, but the decision impacts those working in the U.S.

CNN will also make changes to its studios and control rooms to minimize the number of people who need to work in their offices. And, those employees who need to be in the office will be required to wear a mask at all times.

CNN’s return-to-office date was set to be Tuesday, Jan. 18, but according to the network’s senior media reporter Oliver Darcy, CNN is now “looking at Monday, January 31” as the new voluntary return-to-office date, reports TVNewser.
