Aimee Segal joined the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum as director of public programs. Segal, who had been with GMMB for 15 years, had worked for organizations such as the March for Women Lives, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Center for International Reproductive Health Training – CIRHT, Millennial Trains Project, Corporation for National and Community Service, the White House Council for Community Solutions and Ploughshares Fund.

Spectrum, a D.C.-based agency, opened an Atlanta office, marking its second new location this year. Senior Vice President and Partner Amanda Sellers, a Georgia native and University of Georgia graduate who has worked for Spectrum in D.C. and Atlanta for more than 12 years, will head the Atlanta office.  Earlier this year, the firm opened an office in NYC.

Daly Gray Public Relations, based in Herndon, VA, added Sonia Abdulbaki as vice president. In her new role, she will oversee the day-to-day management and long-term strategic growth of a number of Daly Gray’s hotel accounts.
