Deltek, a Herndon, VA-based company that provides enterprise software solutions, acquired ConceptShare, a Canadian company that streamlines the online review of marketing and advertising work. Based in Ottawa, ConceptShare provides businesses a streamlined way to proof, review and approve advertising.
