FleishmanHillard announced that Administration, campaign and Capitol Hill veteran Nathan Naylor and public affairs specialist Caroline Roth joined the firm’s public affairs practice in D.C. Naylor comes to FleishmanHillard after serving as the VP/global communications at BSA|The Software Alliance, and leading public affairs and communications at the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and the Department of Veterans Affairs. Roth joins from Rasky Baerlien|Prism and previously worked on Capitol Hill for then-Deputy Whip Peter Roskam. She also served as a staff writer for National Journal’s Hotline.
PCI in Alexandria announced that Matt Chun joined the firm as VP/digital strategy. Through a 15-year career, Chun spearheaded marketing and digital practices for leading entertainment brands and marketing agencies, including Discovery Communications, Social@Ogilvy, and RedPeg Marketing.
Stratacomm LLC added Jacqueline Bengel as a VP in the company’s D.C. office. Prior to joining Stratacomm, she was a senior account director at Home Front Communications where she led a portfolio of accounts, managing strategic public relations, advertising, media relations and digital services for a variety of government, non-profit and association clients.
