HighRock Studios has two new additions to their executive leadership team as Len Sullivan and Katie Stover have been promoted as Vice Presidents to jointly oversee the business operations of both the Hagerstown and Baltimore, MD, offices. This change in leadership coincides with Ryan Lampton’s decision to transition away from President of HighRock Studios to pursue a new opportunity at Middletown Valley Bank.
Lampton said, “I have had an amazing experience these past five years with the team at HighRock. While I will genuinely miss the people and the cutting edge work we’ve produced together, I’m excited to reestablish my roots in the banking industry, and to continue building strong relationships with community partners, like HighRock and many others.”
Rich Daughtridge, Founder of HighRock Studios and President and CEO of HighRock Group, added, “Ryan has been a tremendous asset to HighRock Studios during his tenure here, and while this is bittersweet, we’re very excited for him to have this opportunity with Middletown Valley Bank. Len and Katie have already proven to be incredible leaders within HighRock, so we’re eager to see how they will continue to grow and strengthen the company.”
Sullivan came to HighRock Studios in 2014 during the acquisition of Pylot Studios, a firm specializing in 3D renderings and animation. As former co-owner of Pylot, he brought with him 20 years of experience in business development and strategic marketing, and was instrumental in developing HighRock’s 3D & Virtual Reality division in Baltimore, MD.
Client turned co-worker, Stover joined HighRock Studios in 2013 after collaborating with HighRock on the rebranding of her family business, Stover Hearth and Patio. As a former client and business owner, she has provided HighRock invaluable insight and perspective. In her role as a Marketing Executive and User Experience Specialist, Stover has significantly grown sales and business relationships in the D.C. and greater Maryland region.
