ACT-IAC Awards Program to Recognize IT Innovations Making an Impact on Government

by | Jan 20, 2015

The American Council for Technology and Industry Advisory Council’s (ACT-IAC) Institute for Innovation will hold its 2015 Showcase and recognition program, which is open to all, on Feb. 5, 2015, at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center in D.C.  The event will feature the presentation of the “Igniting Innovation 2015 Showcase and Awards” which recognize innovations throughout government with a focus on technology.

The “Igniting Innovation 2015 Showcase and Awards” program stands out among other industry awards in several key ways. It:

– Combines an IT innovation solution showcase with an award program delivering a collaborative educational forum for all participants;

– Uses a unique judging process that integrates public social media voting and the live Showcase;

– Offers broad media exposure, including invitations to speak at future ACT-IAC events open to government and industry; and,

– Charges no fees for nominations, attendance, or exhibition.
