Olivia Heflin is a new addition to the MDB Communications’ Account Management team. Supporting several of the agency’s consumer accounts, she will work on various client brands including The DC Lottery and Roy Rogers Restaurants.

Prior to joining MDB as an Account Coordinator/Digital Specialist, she was a social media specialist producing paid and organic promotions. Heflin will assume supporting roles in campaign development and monitoring and managing deliverables and deadlines. Olivia will also help manage the creation of social media content and monitoring performance dashboards.

A University of Pennsylvania graduate, she has a Bachelor of Psychology degree; her studies included advertising, marketing, consumer behavior and statistics. Her newly adopted pug puppy keeps her pretty busy; her other interests include weightlifting and rescue scuba diving.
