Pappas Group Sold to Digital Management

by | Apr 28, 2014

Bethesda-based mobile technology company Digital Management Inc. has purchased Arlington-based digital advertising firm Pappas Group for $15 million to $20 million, reports The Washington Post.

According to Pappas Group President Anthony Pappas, the union of the two firms “creates the world’s first fully integrated mobility company. DMI has evolved into a leading provider of end-to-end enterprise mobile solutions and services. Together DMI and Pappas will bring new life to major global brands through a full range of next generation mobility solutions.

“To successfully deliver this reinvention will require a different way of thinking and a different type of organization. True mobility means that brands must connect with their customers at the point of engagement, and companies have to deliver experiences crafted around customer needs. We have to deliver these experiences to gain actionable intelligence so we can provide even more value. As we’re refocusing our efforts around today’s empowered customer, we’re revolutionizing our industry.”
