As another example of its rapid growth, Response Labs announces the hiring of Sydney Caldwell to join its Client Service team as Account Supervisor. A combination of new business and expanding scopes of existing clients led the CRM and loyalty marketing agency to add Sydney to the team.

“The needs of our clients continues to increase each month and we need top talent who are able to jump in and run from the start,” said Jen Aldinger, Director of Client Service. “Sydney fits that role incredibly well and we’re beyond excited to have her join the team.”

Sydney brings over 10 years of digital marketing consulting and campaign management to Response Labs. Most recently she worked in the healthcare marketing industry using CRM to drive health system marketing initiatives through multi-channel offerings. Sydney’s emphasis on adaptability, customer satisfaction, and creative solutions are assets to the fast-paced day-to-day at Response Labs.

“Having to be an advocate in a market that is ever-changing like healthcare has taught me the ability to adapt quickly,” said Sydney. “My experience has fostered resilience, organization and being mindful of even the smallest of details—all virtues of client service I hope will continue to accelerate the growth at Response Labs.”

In her free time, Sydney enjoys spending time with her husband and their three kids, gardening, and tackling her next home project. Her passion for life outside the office fits well with the work-life culture encouraged at Response Labs.
