by | Jun 5, 2018

RP3 Agency, a leading creative strategic communications firm in the Washington metropolitan area, announced today that Dylan Bernd has joined the Bethesda, Md.-based firm as its new Executive Creative Director. As the agency continues to grow, Bernd will oversee the expansion of the firm’s creative department while continuing to deliver the creative excellence RP3’s clients have come to expect.

“Bringing someone with Dylan’s extraordinary creative talent and exceptional strategic acumen on-board to head up our creative department is a major coup for our agency,” said Beth Johnson, Co-Founder and CEO of RP3. “As we continue to grow our client base, the challenge to provide superior creative work to increasingly diverse audiences continues to grow as well. With Dylan’s proven track record of success and strong creative leadership, RP3 will continue to meet these challenges and exceed expectations.”

Bernd has spent the last 20 years as an Art Director/Creative Director developing award-winning campaigns at some of the nation’s most prestigious advertising agencies. Some of his past clients include: Target, AXE, MasterCard, Google, JetBlue, Virgin Mobile, Johnnie Walker and American Express.

“RP3 has had tremendous success both in and beyond the Washington metropolitan market, attracting clients such as Norfolk Southern and The Coca-Cola Company. As we continue to grow, we are seeing more and more opportunities outside the region,” said Jim Lansbury, Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer at RP3. “Bringing on someone of Dylan’s caliber and global experience, along with our recent additions of a PR department and expansions of our creative technology and strategy teams means RP3 has what it takes to compete with any of the major national firms in our industry.”  More here.
