Stephen Cases has joined Response Labs, bringing a wealth of knowledge in coding, Marketing Cloud, and software development that will aid in developing Marketing Cloud solutions for the agency’s clients.

Since his early days as a freelance web and email developer, Stephen discovered his true passion for coding—starting first with basic HTML and CSS, he quickly moved on to more advanced languages and tech stacks like JavaScript, ReactJS, and Ruby on Rails. He taught himself front-end development.

His expertise with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform had simultaneously developed throughout the years. Taking on previous roles such as an Email Campaign Producer, a Senior Marketing Cloud Developer, and a member of a Solutions team, he quickly demonstrated a strong ability to become a platform expert. Stephen worked on developing new skills in SQL and proprietary platform tools and strengthened his proficiency with full-stack development. He also has expansive knowledge of new Marketing Cloud products such as Audience Builder, Automation Studio and Journey Builder.

“I have always enjoyed being able to solve complex problems for the clients I have worked with during my career. It is my goal to not only add value to the team at Response Labs but to also help our clients consistently achieve their goals though the development of technical solutions.”

Stephen is a newlywed; he and his wife eloped in Hawaii at the beginning of the year. They are both enjoying the married life living in New York City.
