Longtime multimedia journalist Cheryl Costello announced the launch of her new video production company, CosTELLo YOUR STORY. With more than two decades of experience working in newsrooms in Baltimore and Washington, D.C., Costello brings a wealth of storytelling expertise to businesses seeking impactful video content.

“My passion lies in using video to capture the essence of your brand,” says the Annapolis-based Costello. “Through powerful storytelling, I can help you connect with your audience on a deeper level and drive awareness and action.”

Costello said her extensive background in news, including WJLA-TV in D.C. and WMAR-TV in Baltimore, equipped her with the skills to uncover the heart of any story.  “One of the highlights of my career was seeing a news story I produced used by the Maryland governor to educate law enforcement and policymakers,” Costello shares, highlighting the potential impact of compelling video content.

The company offers a range of video production services, from concept development and scripting to filming and editing for promotional videos, explainer videos, customer testimonials and more.

ANA•LITK, a marketing and branding firm with offices in Columbia, announced a new leadership team led by CEO Jennifer Ferraro Randolph. Randolph, a 17-year veteran of the company rose through the ranks to the C-suite. Joining Randolph are Sugako Kawai-Cozart, Art Director, and Meredith Foster, Marketing Director. These long-time collaborators have been instrumental in driving the company’s success and pioneering new strategies within their respective departments.

The new leadership team is committed to better serving clients and has implemented a “fractional model” billing system. This allows clients to access the firm’s expertise on a flexible basis, catering to both large and small organizations.

The changes come after longtime CEO Asim Shaikh retired at the end of 2023. In January, the company welcomed a new CFO, Demet Anagnos.
