WTOP Restructures Sales Department; Adds In-House Promotions

WTOP and Federal News Radio restructured their sales department and promoted long-time National Sales Manager Jeffrey Wolinsky to Director of Federal and National Sales.  Wolinsky joined WTOP and Federal News Radio in 2002 as a local account manager but, for the past eight years, he has served as national sales manager.

With the addition of Wolinsky’s local responsibilities, WTOP and Federal News Radio promoted Diane Pelton to national sales manager to assist with national responsibilities.  Pelton joined two years ago as an account manager. Prior to working at Hubbard Radio, she was a national sales manager for other stations in the D.C. market.
