Four D.C. Area Communicators Make Washington Business Journal’s Power 100 List

by | Oct 12, 2015

Four D.C.-area communicatorsPeter Corbett, founder and CEO of iStrategyLabs;  Cary Hatch, CEO, MDB Communications;  and Barbara Martin and Jayne Sandman, co-founders of BrandLinkDC – are on this year’s Washington Business Journal’s Power 100 list.

The communicators were part of a list of the region’s 25 “connectors” who are described as “those executives who seem to know everyone in the region and make things happen.”

According to WBJ, “As we’ve done in the previous three annual Power 100 incarnations, we considered leaders in the private sector — public and private companies, nonprofits and education. This time around, if we selected two people from the same organization, we counted them as one.”

In addition to its list of “Connectors,” WBJ also will have lists of Heavy Hitters, those executives who lead the most powerful organizations in the D.C. area, be it for their size, their reputations or the sheer dollars they generate; plus Innovators and Dealmakers.
