From the creators of the award-winning The Agile Brand with Greg Kihlström podcast comes a new show focused on creating winning customer experiences in the enterprise. Hosted by Mark Slatin, CCXP, a thought leader with proven experience in the world of customer experience, Delighted Customers with Mark Slatin interviews the top thinkers and practitioners in the industry and provides insights that are practical and actionable.

The show, which launched in 2022 and has nearly 100 episodes available, is now on The Agile Brand network, and joins the other shows to provide a comprehensive, customer-centric set of programming for professionals in customer experience, customer service, marketing and communications.

About Mark Slatin
Slatin is the CEO of EmpoweredCX, where he helps enable customer experience leaders to get executive buy-in. He is passionate about customer experience because he believes that by improving experiences, we enrich people’s lives. Mark serves on the faculty of Michigan State University as a Professor of Practice in the Master of Science in Customer Experience Management (CXM) program. It’s the first degreed program in CXM in North America.  Prior to founding EmpoweredCX, he launched and led an award-winning CX journey at Sandy Spring Bank.
