Position reports to Director of Media Strategy
You’re smart, “get” the ad business and are addicted to emerging media trends. Details and spreadsheets are your friends. You dream about negotiating buys, launching new campaigns, and being accountable for producing results. And you’ve done all this before at an agency for integrated campaigns including traditional (print, broadcast, etc.) and online media. Four-plus years of related experience in media buying is a must. Experience in Digital Analytics (Website, Online Advertising and Paid Search) is also required.
We’re independent in the best sense of the word, with impressive regional and national clients. Located in D.C. Media agnostic (we do it all, from TV to Online to PR). And we’re passionate about advertising. How about you?

Director of Client Services
We are looking for a resourceful, strategic, passionate advertising pro to lead our D.C.-based ad agency account management team. The right candidate will be as comfortable developing marketing plans as overseeing their flawless implementation, be a confident and compelling communicator, have experience leading a team, and know how to dive in and make things happen. Agency experience managing integrated campaigns, a strong appreciation for creative excellence, a solid understanding of agency/client financial management and profitability, and digital marketing experience are required. We are a fully integrated agency with both b-to-b and consumer accounts, plus strong traditional and online practices.
