The Washington Post added Jarrod Dicker as director of ad product and engineering. This is a newly created position which will be a catalyst for taking ad tech to a new level, said The Post. His role, The Post continued, will be critical to drive innovation across ad products, and Dicker will be the chief liaison with VP of Technology Shailesh Prakash and his team of engineers.

Dicker, stated The Post, has been at the forefront of innovation in technology, product and advertising for almost a decade, at companies including Huffington Post, AOL, Time Inc. and most recently Rebel Mouse. In 2013, Jarrod was ranked on Business Insider’s list of the 30 most creative people in social media marketing. He also helped productize native advertising at the Huffington Post in 2010.
