DC-based, Stratacomm was recently named by PR News as one of the “Top Places to Work in PR.” Organizations honored with this award are recognized for their outstanding performance in establishing an engaging workplace that allows employees to enjoy their work while helping their companies grow. “Creating a desirable work environment is not rocket science – it’s simply treating people right and giving them the resources, responsibility and respect to shine,” said managing partner John Fitzpatrick.

Leah Nurik, CEO, of Tysons, VA-based Gabriel Marketing Group (GMG), received the “2018 Mid-Atlantic Women’s Leadership Award” by CEO Report. The award program honors CEOs and executives who are dedicated to driving their companies and communities toward greatness. “I am honored to be recognized for this award,” said Nurik. “The company’s success is not a testament to my own accomplishments, but rather a proof point of the overwhelming support and inspiration from an extraordinary group of professionals that share the same mission and values.”

Glen Allen, VA-based, Taradel, made BizSense’s RVA25 list for the 5th consecutive year. The list ranks local companies by average annual revenue growth from 2015 to 2017.
