Baltimore’s TBC recently helped Erickson Living unveil their re-brand as Erickson Senior Living. The new logo and branding is part of a strategy aiming for $3 billion in development and construction over the next five years, according to Erickson Living’s Tom Neubauer, executive vice president of sales, marketing and communications. Neubauer told McKnight’s Senior Living that plans are to expand Erickson’s reach past the 11 states in which it currently operates and bring the total number of continuing care retirement communities it manages from the current 19 to 25 or more.

Warschawski announced that Sam Tomlinson, in photo, executive vice president of strategy and analytics, has been appointed as a founding board member of the Paid Search Association, a non-profit trade organization dedicated to serving the needs of the paid search professionals by facilitating communication, learning, collaboration and diversity while advocating for high ethical and business standards among industry professionals and organizations.

Matt McDermott has joined Harvey as Chief Creative Officer. Previously with idfive, he is immediate past president of the American Advertising Federation of Baltimore.

St. John Properties, Inc., a Baltimore-based full-service commercial real estate development and investment company, announced the hiring of Brett Foelber as Director of Marketing. Formerly Marketing Director with MCB Real Estate LLC, Foelber brings 14 years of business and real estate experience to this position. Foelber also served as Marketing Manager for Shoe City and Retail Marketing Manager for Under Armour.

 

SECU, Maryland’s largest state chartered credit union, won two Diamond Awards from the Credit Union National Association Marketing & Business Development Council. SECU received a Diamond Award in the new category of Crisis Management for its COVID-19 response to support members and the community. SECU was also presented with a Diamond Award in the Financial Education category for its how-to videos that focused on protecting members from increased fraud attempts during the pandemic. Becky Smith is EVP and Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer for SECU Maryland.
