Bethesda Film Festival Submissions Due January 8

Submissions are being accepted for the fourth annual Bethesda Film Fest. Documentary filmmakers in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C., are eligible to submit a documentary film, 5-30 minutes in length. Films must have been completed within the past two years, all topics are eligible. A documentary by a young filmmaker, under 18 years old, may also be chosen. Entries must be received by Jan. 8, 2016.

Selected filmmakers are required to attend the formal screenings and speak about their work March 18-19, 2016, at Imagination Stage in Bethesda. Filmmakers whose films are selected will receive an honorarium of $500. Young filmmakers will receive a $250 honorarium.
