McBee Strategic has become SIGNAL Group.  According to the agency, they evolved over the last fifteen years, but “our name and brand no longer convey our evolution. Fenton added two to its D.C. office: Devi Ramachandran Thomas, who joins the Fenton staff as a Senior Vice President, comes to Fenton from the UN Foundation where she was the Senior Director of Brand Citizenship working on cause-related marketing partnerships and also Director of Shot@Life, a global cause brand that aims to increase access to immunizations for children in developing countries through UN partners; and,  Eric Hollister Williams, who is joining Fenton as a Vice President, currently serves as a Special Projects Director for Ohio Together, the Ohio coordinated campaign for Hillary for America.

1105 Public Sector Media Group, based in Vienna, Va, announced the appointment of Kris Osborn as Editor in Chief of Defense Systems.
